Problem getting into CLI of Cisco 3750 switches using PuTTy!?

I am working with Cisco 3750 switches in Putty, I have the proper driver for the USB console installed and every thing seems to be just in place. The problem is that when I try getting into the CLI of these switches it shows NOTHING! The starting line says switch connected to COM4 and then thats it.. its stuck there.

The speed of the port is 9600 and as I am using a USB console I am using the serial configuration. These switches were working a month back.. I am sure that the IOS is not corrupt.

What could be the problem? I have a very important acceptance test tomorrow in my company, any help would be appreciated.

5/9/2013 UPDATE Thank you everyone. It worked today. All I did was re-install the USB driver I had and tried logging in with Teraterm instead of Putty.
